How the minimum spend works…
The minimum spend is paid for by your guests with every drink they purchase.
Based on 100 guests at £20 per head. The minimum spend would be £2000.
This means that should your guests not spend £20 each or £2000 in total on the day. Then you would be required to pay the remaining balance.
